SALTY CRAB will help spice up your vacation with a 6 bedroom and 4 full and 1 half bath home and private pool on half an acre corner lot featuring beautiful shading trees and sunny spots. The dedicated Coral Pedestrian Walkway begins at the driveway and leads you right to boardwalk up and over the dune line to the beach.

DISTANCE TO BEACH ACCESS: Only about 745 feet to beach access. Boardwalk is about 260 feet including steps on both ends.
UPPER LEVEL is the main living area featuring a TV, Stereo and Gas Fireplace, kitchen w/seating, Dining area (seating for 10), Game Table (extra dining space) for 4 and KING master suite (bath has jetted tub). This level also has a shared half bath and access to upper level decks.
MID-LEVEL you will find 4 bedrooms each with TVs and access to outside decks: KING Master (private bath includes jetted tub); QUEEN bedroom; bedroom with DUOBUNK and TRUNDLE (Twin on top, Double on bottom, Twin Trundle rolls out); QUEEN bedroom. Full bath and Laundry on this level
GROUND LEVEL features one bedroom with 2 TWINS, the RecRoom (Beverage Cooler, Foosball, Air Hockey and Pool Table, Seating and TV) and full bath. You can also access the Pool Area from here.

Great location
Overall the house was wonderful. Fully stocked with everything you need. The location can’t be beat. The heated pool was broken when we were there which was really disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we booked the trip so if the pool wasn’t working we would have booked somewhere else. They did refund the heating fee but I wish they would have checked the pool out prior to our arrival as I had a couple of disappointed kids on my hands. But we made the best of it with the beach and the hot tub. Views from the deck are incredible. Lots of games and puzzles in the game closet. Oh and the gas grill needs some love and attention as it is rusted out but we were able to use the charcoal grill. There are lots of outside games too. We played basketball and cornhole but there was also horseshoes and volleyball. Lots of fun at this place!!

Great Time at the Salty Crab
We had three families at the Salty Crab and it was the perfect size for our group. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beach items were available such as chairs, a cooler, toys, etc. Also, the house had bicycles for our use (although some need a bit of repair work). Boardwalk to the beach made walking to the beach very easy and safe for the kids. House was private and quiet and the location was great - close to everything including the beach, groceries, shops, etc. Would stay here again!

Wonderful property!
This is a wonderful property! While not directly on the beach, it is very private and right next to the walkway to the beach so you never have to walk on the street. It is nicely decorated and the rooms are large. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool area is on the smaller side but plenty of chairs and was sunny in the afternoon. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

The Salty Crab was SWEET!
Everything was perfect. The house was clean and very welcoming. The location was a short walk to the ocean, a bike ride to shopping and treats and a short ride to the lighthouse and bay. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for us to hang out after a day out exploring beautiful Corolla. The gameroom down stairs was a hit with the two younger kids (and the older ones too!) The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and a great way to unwind. We can't thank the Salty Crab and Great Escapes enough for a very pleasant experience. Five Stars from us! Thanks for the Memories!!!
