GROUND LEVEL Entry allows access to 1 Bedroom and the Game Room with Foosball Table and access to the pool, hot tub and picnic areas.

The location was great - easy beach access from your back door, close to Duck and Corolla shops/restaurants. The house is a good set up with kids.

Wonderful Location and Amenities
We stayed here in July 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the home and the location. The walkway directly to the beach plus the pool were wonderful and enjoyed by us all. The beach in front of the home is great and wasn't crowded. The home itself is very nice and has an extremely well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. So, if you are looking for a very nice home directly on the beach and that has a pool, this is a great choice.

Can't say enough good things
Great place for our family to spend April break. Quiet, direct access to the beach, feels like a beach house (when a lot of places around don't). Host was excellent. Would stay again in a heartbeat (and will be our first look next time down). Can't say enough good things... just perfect for a family vacation.

R&R Retreat
This home was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway in the fall. Located in a nice neighborhood on a quieter portion of the beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked and had everything you could possibly need for meals at home. Loved sitting on the deck on the dune and watching the tide roll in.

First of all a big WOW to the owners of this home they updated the house but left a lot of charm and the beachy feeling you want on OBX. I have been renting homes all over the OBX for over 25 years this home was the most well stock house I have ever been in you are in the need of nothing in the kitchen and beach/pool supply areas. The home is not a Mansion but is large enough for every one to have their own space it offers more than is listed such as a huge pantry with a ice maker a toilet pool side very comfortable beds and a awesome pool side tiki area that offers shade and cover from weather the walk way to the beach is awesome and convenient. The property manager was very attentive with that and the home owner supplying all the gadgets you can think of and it's location this home is a winner. We never rent a same home but this one we would definitely rent again. Thank you for letting us stay

Perfect Home
This home is perfect for our family. We stayed here back in 2015/2016 for a few years then went to another location. We were happy to be back in 2024. This house has great beach access. The updated kitchen, bunk beds and pool lounges were awesome and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Laundry baskets in the bedrooms are a plus, especially with the kids. We would definitely recommend this home, especially if you're not looking for a huge place. We hope to see you next year.

Perfection
This beach house was perfection. Lots of room to sleep and spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook and grill. Beds were all comfortable. Outdoor living space and deck to beach was a dream! Did not want to leave.

My Review - Summer 2023

The perfect beach house
This place is amazing, as always. Third time staying here, and they keep making constant improvements (updated kitchen, new lounge chairs, etc.). A perfect place if you don't need one of those 12 bedroom behemoths that make up most of Lighthouse Drive. Any time I'm in OBX this is THE place to stay.

We've stayed at several places in Corolla, and this was one of the nicest ones. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was clean, and overall the house was very comfortable. Location was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great place
Great house with a beautiful beach front and heated pool. In between public beach access so the beach is not crowded. New kitchen is a great feature. Kids enjoyed the new bunk beds. Enjoyed our stay this year. Looking forward to next year.
