• Accidents happen and each leaseholder is insured for up to $1500 of accidental damage to your rental home and furnishings during your vacation.
• Please report any items that need to be fixed or replaced prior to your departure and we’ll submit the claim form for you.
• Any damage or accident that exceeds $1500 is the responsibility of the leaseholder.
• Damages must be reported prior to your checkout in order to file a claim. Any damages not reported will be the responsibility of the leaseholder.

Pet damage is excluded from accidental damage coverage.
