Viccars is an updated semi-oceanfront Ships Watch cottage with 3 bedrooms, ocean-view decks, an updated kitchen, and a location about one minute from the beach. All bedrooms are on the middle level, with the great room, dining area and kitchen on the top level, giving smaller families or couples a comfortable Duck home with standout community access.
Viccars is a smaller semi-oceanfront choice for guests who want ocean views, updated interiors, deck space, and a close-to-the-beach setting without needing a larger home.
The bedroom level includes a king suite, queen suite, and twin suite, each with covered deck access. Upstairs, the open great room brings everyone together with a living area, dining space, gourmet kitchen, wet bar, and fireplace lit during the off-season only. Step outside to the sun deck for fresh air and coastal views, or settle into the screened porch when you want shade and ocean breezes.
Guests at Viccars enjoy the Ships Watch community setting, including private beach access, community pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, boat ramp, soundside pier, and seasonal community activities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and pool towels, sheets, and bath towels are included, helping make packing easier.

Day trips can include Corolla wild horse tours, Outer Banks lighthouses, the Wright Brothers National Memorial, or the aquarium on Roanoke Island.
All Ships Watch homes include keyless entry, beds made upon arrival, bath towels, and an outdoor shower. Cooler-season stays also include a fireplace, which is lit during the off-season only. Beach days are easier with Ships Watch beach gear provided, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. Guests can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic from the Ships Watch beach access and end the day with sunset views from the soundfront pier.
