Tappan is an updated semi-oceanfront Ships Watch cottage just one house from the beach, with four ensuite bedrooms, an updated kitchen, expansive decks, and ocean views. 2 bedrooms are on the ground level, two are on the top level, and the great room and kitchen are on the middle level, giving families flexible private and shared spaces.
Tappan's one-house-from-the-beach location gives guests quick ocean access, ensuite bedroom comfort, deck space, and a relaxed Ships Watch setting close to Duck restaurants, shops, and the bike path.
The upper level is designed around the views and the gathering spaces, with a great room, fireplace lit during the off-season only, wet bar, dining area, kitchen, powder room, and comfortable spaces for conversation after a day outside. This level also includes a king primary bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with a private bath. The lower level includes a parlor with game table, another king bedroom, and another twin bedroom, giving guests flexibility and room to spread out.
