Merimoth is a 5-bedroom semi-oceanfront Ships Watch home with more than 3,000 square feet, upper-level living space, a wet bar, gourmet kitchen, screened porch, sun decks, and expansive ocean views. The entry level includes the bedrooms, covered deck access, laundry area, and a private walkway to the beach from the deck.
Merimoth is a strong fit for larger families who want semi-oceanfront convenience, ocean views, upper-level gathering space, private walkway access, and the resort-style amenities of Ships Watch close by.
Ships Watch guests get the benefit of a private-home stay with community features nearby. Beach access, pool areas, hot tub, tennis and pickleball, basketball, playground, boat ramp, soundfront pier, and seasonal activities can all add variety to the week.
