Florrie is an updated 4-bedroom Ships Watch cottage about four minutes from the beach, with expansive sun and shade decks, an updated kitchen, and a top-level great room, dining area and kitchen. All bedrooms are on the middle level, which keeps the sleeping spaces together while leaving the upper level open for gathering.
Florrie gives families elevated gathering space, deck time, a close-to-the-beach setting, and convenient access to the pool complex, soundfront pier, Duck dining, shopping, and the bike path.
The home gives families a relaxed Duck base with room to gather, cook, unwind, and enjoy the ocean-to-sound setting. Guests can shift easily between beach access, community amenities, quiet time at the house, Duck Village errands, and evening sunsets over the Currituck Sound.
Guests can take advantage of Ships Watch resort-style amenities, including private beach access, pool complex, hot tub, pavilion, court sports, basketball, playground, boat ramp, and soundside pier. Bed sheets and bath towels are provided, and each home includes outdoor shower access plus beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for easier beach days. Seasonal details should be confirmed before arrival.
